Frequently Asked Questions
How exactly does pricing plan work?
You will pay at the beginning of the usage period. The Beenote plan works by license block purchase (10-20-30 or 50) or per user for the Beeboard Solution. If you want more users, do not hesitate to contact us at sales@beenote.io.
If for any reason you decide to stop using the Beenote plan and you pay by billing, you must notify us 1 month (30 days) in advance. If you pay by credit card, you have until the day before your payment to cancel.
Can I get Beenote and Beeboard licenses?
Yes, our solution allows you to associate users to Beeboard licenses for boards/committees and others to Beenote for teams.
What payment methods do you accept for Beenote?
We accept the main credit cards on the market: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. It is also possible to be billed. Please contact sales: sales@beenote.io
Is your payment process secured?
The transaction is made according to the strictest rules. Fully PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliant, Beenote offers all the security you are looking for with a reliable partner.

Invoicing is available for any annual subscription to Beenote or Beeboard. Please contact sales at sales@beenote.io.
I want to add users to my organization. How will I be billed?
Once you have reached the maximum number of users your license allows, you have 2 options: by credit card, you add the number of licenses you want per-user or you pay for a package (10-20-30 or 50).
Whether your account is monthly or yearly, you will receive an invoice to pay by credit card. The amount billed will be prorated for the period.

Can I invite participants to my meetings without paying for them?
Yes, it is possible to invite people to a meeting who are not registered Beenote users. Non-registered users will be able to view the agenda, access the Beenote application during the meeting, and view the minutes for 72 hours after the meeting is scheduled to end.
I represent a non-profit organization or a school, can I get a discount?
It is possible to have access to a 20% discount for any organization that provides the necessary documents: the charter of the organization, its website, and some other information. Just write to the following email: sales@beenote.io.
When I finish my trial of Beenote or Beeboard, do I lose my data?
When the trial ends, your account becomes in Beefree mode, which means you still have access to your account, but with limited features in time and number. The first 5 users will also keep access to the account.
